Product Overview
Philips drive truss head screws are machine thread type screw. This screw is made of a stainless steel material and is a fully threaded screw. The truss head has a low round head type. These screws can be tightened by using drive type materials. 18/8 stainless steel is 304 grade stainless steel. This material consist of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, this gives the material high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. 18/8 Stainless steel also maintain the excellent durability and toughness. The Injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit of the part in the required assembly. It is used in many medical devices such as ARC Aestiva MRI, MIC - Other Infant Care, MIC CarePlus 3000/4000 Incubator etc.,
