- 1 child positioner pad
- 3 sizes of child positioner head cushions (small, medium, large)
- 1 wide body strap - 39 in (L) x 10 in (W)
- 1 narrow body strap - 39 in (L) x 5 in (W)
- 4 wrist straps
- 3 head straps
- 6 foam sponges
- 1 child thick cradle pad (this pad is not designed for use inside the Child Positioner Assembly. It may be used with a standard table cradle.)
