Product Overview
The Fan Filter - E-CAIOV is a filter that is used in respiratory modules that provide multi-parameter patient monitoring for multiple care areas and intra-hospital transport within a professional healthcare facility. It contains a monitor, software, input devices, acquisition module, printers and recorders. There are fans provided for the display and ventilator for cooling purposes at the back of the module. These filters are fastened to the fans to clean the air, making it free from contaminants and dust when it enters the system. It improves the performance of the module thus increasing its life span. This display unit fan filter can be removed by sliding the filter holder downward on the back of the display housing while removing the ventilator housing and fan filter. A thin bladed tool is inserted into the groove of the filter cover on the back of the housing to pry it off. It is made of PPI-15, a polyester based polyurethane foam that is tough and can perform well in a wide range of temperatures.
