Product Overview
The Compact Flash Card Formatted Assembly is a type of memory card. It uses the technology called flash memory technology, used to store data on a very small portable device. It has no moving mechanical parts for storing the data on it. It does not need a battery to retain the data as well. It is primarily used as removable memory for higher end digital photo and video cameras. It is being used in many medical devices for storing images, files such as Engstrom Pro, ARC Engstrom Carestation, Engstrom and ARC Aisys. It is a non-volatile memory type, because the stored data is retained when a device power source is turned off or lost. One of the feature of solid state construction, which makes it much more rugged than most traditional devices. It was introduced to save transfer files, images and songs etc.
